Request a Data Transfer

To request your company data to be transferred to you, submit a data transfer request on our website from the user portal (login required).

Data that is transferred is permanently ejected from our server (10) days from receipt of receiving data transfer from TroyCoLIVE

How it Works?

1. Login to our client portal
2. Submit a "Data Transfer Request"
3. You will receive an email from Dropbox

Accepting Data Transfer

1. It may take a moment for your data transfer to load
2. Choose to "Save to Dropbox" or "Download" data

NOTICE OF EXPIRATION

After you submit this request, you will have (10) days to receive the transfer from Dropbox before the transfer will expire. Once your data transfer has been received, our team will purge your data in (10) days from our server.
