Our server is encrypted end-to-end in an effort to keep client records confidential and safe from a data breech


Any client submissions of credentials or other data such as passwords, encrypted keys, API calls, and other sensitive data is set to auto-expire from our server (10) from receipt of submission. 


In an event our development team or engineers are continually working on an issue where these credentials are required to perform, you will be asked to resubmit them since there is no way for our team to retrieve them after purge. 


You may contact support@troycolive.com at anytime to request for our team to delete data after a submission, but before your scheduled purge and our team will comply with your request within (24) hours.
