Resetting Printer Spool - Labelview Software

Follow these instructions to reset the print spooler in labelview software. If you need additional assistance, call Teklynx for support at +1-888-629-4444


STEP 1 - PRINT SPOOLER

  • Go to windows search and find "Services App" from windows
  • Find Print Spooler
  • Stop Service

STEP 2 - FILE EXPLORER

  • Open file explorer
  • Find windows > C Drive > System 32 > Spool > Printers 
  • Delete all pending jobs

STEP 3 - PRINT SPOOLER

  • Restart  the print spooler from step 1
