If your emails are not sending or receiving properly from your server account try installing WP MAIL SMTP Plugin to resolve the issue you are experiencing.
Instructions
To complete this setup and configuration, you will need to enter a TXT file to the server DNS Zone in order to begin sending and receiving emails from your WordPress website.
ADDING DMARC RECORD
Name: _dmarc.yourdomainname.
TTL: 5 minutes
VALUE:
v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=mailto:email@your_domain.com
***Where you only need to replace email@your_domain.com with an existing email address***
