The above link is to our online filing system.   When you open the link, click the “Login” tab in the upper right corner.  From this point, follow the instructions below:



  1. Once logged in, select the “Request Documents” tab;
  2. From the “Business Name Search” screen, search for your entity name;
  3. Select your entity name at bottom of page;
  4. Once inside of the entity profile, select the “Request Documents” tab;
  5. Complete the information of the “Contact Information” page; press continue;
  6. At the “Select Documents” page, select the items you are requesting; press continue;
  7. Save & Continue from there until the payment screen appears, enter credit card info; click next.
  8. Once your filing has been submitted to our office for processing, you will receive an email from where you will see the status of the filing and if approved,  download documents.

  1. Select the “REGISTER” link from inside the login window;
  2. Create user account;
  3. You will receive an email from  
  4. Click the “COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION” link found in the body of email;
  5. Login to your account;
    1. You will be prompted to answer two security questions.
